The improvement is not huge, but if I ride around 17 MPH and then pull the Wind Blox away from my ear, the difference in noise level is significant. You might try the Lazer Tardiz TT Helmet 2009. It's going to be quiet both because of minimized turbulence and because the helmet covers your ears.
